Stacked karst cave stratum pile foundation construction method
The invention relates to a stacked karst cave stratum pile foundation construction method. The method specifically comprises the steps that covering layer hole forming is conducted in the mode that a conventional steel pipe is combined with rotary drilling deslagging; rock stratum hole forming is carried out in a mode of combining coring drilling with annular rock sample drilling; the crossing of the stacked karst cave is carried out by adopting a concentric steel pipe follow-up mode with different diameters; and repeatedly penetrating through the rock stratum, drilling to a designed elevation after all the karst caves are stacked, lowering a reinforcement cage after hole cleaning, and pouring concrete to finish pile foundation construction. According to the method, the rotary excavating drill is matched with the steel pipe for graded drilling construction, and the influence on the surrounding environment in the construction process is reduced; in each stage of drilling construction after rock entering, drill bits with different diameters are adopted for core digging and drilling in combination with annular rock sample drilling, and the rock entering effect and the construction progress are guaranteed; the follow-up mode of concentric steel pipes with different diameters ensures the stability of pile foundation drilling within the range of the stacked karst cave; and a positioning device is arranged in the steel pipe during operation, so that the perpendicularity of drilling and lowering of the steel pipe is ensured.
本发明是一种层叠状溶洞地层桩基施工方法,具体为:覆盖层成孔采用常规的钢管结合旋挖钻出渣方式进行;岩层成孔采用掏心钻进结合环形岩样钻进方式进行;穿越层叠溶洞采用同心不同直径的钢管跟进方式进行;重复穿越岩层、全部层叠溶洞后钻进至设计标高,清孔后下放钢筋笼,浇筑混凝土,完成桩基施工。本发明中,采用旋挖钻配合钢管分级钻孔施工,减少了施工中对周边环境的影响;在入岩后每级钻孔施工中,采用不同直径的钻头掏芯钻进结合环形岩样钻进,保证了入岩效果和施工进度;同心不同直径的钢管跟进方式保证了层叠溶洞范围内桩基钻孔的稳定性;操作中在钢管内设置了定位装置,保证钻孔和钢管下放的垂直度。
