The invention discloses a construction technology of a pressurization geopolymer cast-in-situ bored pile. Negative pressure grouting is adopted, the grouting speed can be increased, and the pile forming quality is better; and after certain negative pressure is extracted at the inner top of a hole channel casing pipe, a prepared geopolymer and slurry mixture is subjected to pressurization and filling, pipeline blocking is avoided, and pile forming is also facilitated. Due to pressurization operation, materials are extruded more densely, the pile forming quality is higher, and compressive strength is larger.
一种加压地质聚合物钻孔灌注桩施工工艺,采用负压灌浆,可以使灌浆速度加快,且成桩质量更好,在孔道套管内顶部进行抽一定的负压后,再加压灌注配制好的地质聚合物与泥浆混合物,防止堵塞管道,也有利于成桩。由于是有加压操作,使料物挤压更加密实,成桩质量更高,抗压强度更大。
