Construction method of anchor cable reinforcing structure of expansive soil cutting slope
The invention relates to a construction method of an anchor cable reinforcing structure of an expansive soil cutting slope. The construction method is used for effectively improving the anchoring force of an anchoring body in an inner section of the expansive soil slope and ensuring long-term and reliable durability of the anchoring body. The construction method comprises the following steps of (1) positioning and marking an anchor cable drill hole; (2) drilling by adopting a drilling machine to form the anchor cable drill hole; (3), putting a resistance heating device into an anchor cable anchoring section through a guide rod; (4) opening an isolation sealing plug at the tail of the resistance heating device to seal the space of the anchor cable anchoring section; (5) electrifying a resistance rod of the resistance heating device, enabling the resistance rod to generate heat to bake expansive soil around the anchor cable drill hole in the anchor cable anchoring section at high temperature, and dehydrating and cracking the expansive soil under the action of high temperature until the expansive soil is baked to form a brick structure with a certain thickness; (6) stopping electrifying the resistance rod, retracting the isolation sealing plug, and taking out the resistance heating device; (7) putting an anchor cable steel strand and a free section sleeve into the anchor cable anchoring section, forming the anchoring body at the anchor cable anchoring section through high-pressure grouting, and forming a free section grouting body at an anchor cable free section; and (8) constructing an anchor cable reinforcing frame on the slope surface of the side slope, and tensioning and locking the anchor cable.
一种膨胀土路堑边坡锚索加固结构的施工方法，以有效提高膨胀土边坡内段锚固体的锚固力，且使其耐久性长期可靠。包括如下步骤：①对锚索钻孔定位标记；②采用钻机钻孔形成锚索钻孔；③通过引导杆放入电阻发热装置；④打开电阻发热装置尾部的隔离封闭塞，封闭锚索锚固段空间；⑤向电阻发热装置的电阻棒通电，由其发热高温烘烤锚索锚固段内锚索钻孔四周的膨胀土，膨胀土在高温作用下失水、开裂，直至烧焙形成一定厚度的砖化结构；⑥停止向电阻棒通电，收起隔离封闭塞，取出电阻发热装置；⑦放入锚索钢绞线和自由段套管，高压注浆在锚索锚固段形成锚固体，在锚索自由段形成自由段注浆体；⑧在边坡坡面施工锚索加固框架，张拉和锁定锚索。
