The invention discloses an expansive soil cutting slope reinforcing structure. The expansive soil cutting slope reinforcing structure comprises a slope surface anti-scouring part arranged on the slopesurface of a slope and further comprises a plurality of reinforcing longitudinal beams which are arranged on the slope surface of the slope and transversely distributed, wherein the bottoms of the reinforcing longitudinal beams are in sawtooth shapes, and the parts, located at the top of the slope, of the reinforcing longitudinal beams are connected with a slope crest anchoring body; and a slopecrest anchoring part is anchored in a slope crest and connected with the slope crest anchoring body, and the parts, located at a slope toe, of the reinforcing longitudinal beams are connected with a reinforcing longitudinal beam foundation. The invention further discloses a construction method of the expansive soil cutting slope reinforcing structure. According to the expansive soil cutting slopereinforcing structure and the construction method thereof, the reinforcing protection structure combining the slope crest anchoring part, the reinforcing longitudinal beams and the reinforcing longitudinal beam foundation is adopted, it is avoided that a retaining wall or an anti-sliding pile large-rigidity retaining system is arranged at the slope toe of a conventional expansive soil slope, effective stress of an expansive soil slope surface protection system is guaranteed, the stability of the expansive soil slope surface is improved, a large amount of retaining engineering concrete is saved, stress is reasonable, and cost is economical.
