The invention provides a construction method for preventing seepage and water leakage of flat and tongue-and-groove type pipelines. The waterproof construction method of external joints of the pipelines includes the following steps that A1, gaps at the external joints of the pipelines are filled with waterproof mortar; A2, the two sides of the external joints of the pipelines are roughened after filling; A3, after roughening is carried out, the waterproof mortar is used for applying plastering belts along the circumference of the pipelines at the roughening parts on both sides of the externaljoints at the external joints of the pipelines; A4, a plastic film is used for covering the plastering belts and the plastering belts are maintained for 2-4 days; and A5, after the plastic film is removed, waterproof sealant caulking is plastered on the plastering belts in the step A4. 本发明提出了一种平口型和企口型管道防渗防漏水施工方法，所述管道外部接口的防水施工方法包括如下步骤：A1.采用防水砂浆将管道外部接口处的缝隙填充密实；A2.填充之后，将管道外部接口两侧凿毛；A3.凿毛之后，采用防水砂浆在管道外部接口两侧凿毛部位沿管周施做抹带；A4.用塑料薄膜覆盖抹带并养护2～4天；A5.揭除塑料薄膜后，在所述步骤A4中的抹带上涂刷防水嵌缝密封胶。本发明的施工方法很好的解决了平口型和企口型管道施工连接部位的渗/漏水问题，施工便捷、材料简单易得、防水效果显著，造价低廉，具有很好的推广使用价值。
