The invention provides a device for reducing noise of a drainage ditch cover plate of an underground parking garage and a handling method, and relates to the technical field of building construction.The device comprises a ditch cover plate, and further comprises supporting mechanisms and buffer components; the two sides below the ditch cover plate are each provided with the corresponding supporting mechanism and buffer component; and each buffer component is arranged between the ditch cover plate and the corresponding supporting mechanism. According to the device, L-shaped rubber pads are disposed to isolate the ditch cover plate from channel steel and a drainage ditch; moreover, the ditch cover plate, the channel steel and the L-shaped rubber pads are fixed together by installing snap rings, so that the noise generated when vehicles pass in and out during looseness of the ditch cover plate can be effectively prevented; friction of the ditch cover plate and other structures is reduced; the service life of the ditch cover plate is prolonged; and the later maintenance cost of the ditch cover plate is greatly reduced.
