A ground blind ditch drainage structure of an underground garage in a coastal area relates to the technical field of blind ditch drainage structures and comprises a filler groove and a drainage pipe device, and the drainage pipe device comprises a drainage pipe body, a base and a filler density adjusting device. When the drainage pipe device is used, the drainage pipe device is arranged in a filler groove (blind ditch), and the fine sand is fully compacted, so that concrete slurry for pouring a bottom plate in the later period can be prevented from entering the filler groove, the blockage of the filler groove caused by slurry solidification is avoided, and underground water enters the filler groove and enters the permeable pipe through the fine sand and the non-woven fabric in the drainage process; and due to the buoyancy effect, the buoyancy block floats, the water permeable holes are opened, and part of the fine sand enters the base, so that the density of the fine sand in the filler groove is reduced, the drainage efficiency of the filler groove is improved, and the problem of low drainage efficiency caused by compaction of the fine sand is solved.
