The underwater dredging device comprises a dredging machine body, a movingassembly, a suction assembly, a monitoring device, a peeling-off assembly and a knocking-vibrating assembly, wherein the moving assembly is arranged at the bottom edge of the dredging machine body andused for driving the dredging machine body to move in a water conservancy pipeline; the suction assembly is arranged at the bottom of the dredging machine body, penetrates through the dredging machine body and is used for pulling away from the underwater sludge in the water conservancy pipeline; the monitoring device is arranged at the top of the dredging machine body in an adjustable mode, usedfor observing the situation in the water conservancy pipeline and electrically connected with a power supply; the peeling-off assembly is arranged on the side wall of the dredging machine body and used for removing the sludge at the bottom of the water conservancy pipeline; and the knocking-vibrating assembly is arranged on the side wall of the moving assembly and uses for knocking down the side wall of the water conservancy pipeline. According to the underwater dredging device, the sludge at the bottom of the water conservancy pipeline and the solidified caking sludge on the side of the waterconservancy pipeline can be effectively removed, the cleaning efficiency of the water conservancy pipeline is effectively improved, and the work burden of the staff is reduced.
