Low-rise fabricated building structure
The invention discloses a low-rise fabricated building structure. The low-rise fabricated building structure comprises a foundation cross beam, a prefabricated wallboard arranged above the foundationcross beam, edge components arranged at the left end and the right end of the prefabricated wallboard, a cast-in-situ cross beam arranged above a wall body, a prefabricated floor slab layer arranged above the cast-in-situ cross beam and a cast-in-situ floor slab layer arranged above the prefabricated floor slab layer, and the second floor is sequentially and repeatedly constructed. Double-layer bidirectional distribution steel bars are arranged in the prefabricated wallboard, single-row corrugated pipes are pre-buried in the design position of the bottom of the wallboard, and single-row vertical joint bar shear keys are pre-embedded in the cross beams; wallboard steel bars are in lap joint with cross beam steel bars located below the wallboard through edge component steel bars to form a reliable whole; and the wallboard steel bars and cast-in-situ floor slab steel bars located above the wallboard are overlapped into a whole through cast-in-situ cross beam steel bars. According to the structure, through the connecting form of the wallboard and the beams, and the connecting form of the wallboard and the floor slabs, the damage phenomenon of integral sliding of the upper wall when thewall is sheared is avoided. The first-floor prefabricated wallboard steel bars are welded to the cast-in-place floor slab steel bars, so that the effect of being similar to the stress performance ofthe cast-in-situ wall body is achieved.
一种低层装配式建筑结构,包括基础横梁,设置于基础横梁上方的预制墙板,设置于预制墙板左右两端的边缘构件,设置于墙体上方现浇横梁,设置于现浇横梁上方的预制楼板层,设置于预制楼板层上方的现浇楼板层,二层依次重复施工。其中预制墙板内置双层双向分布钢筋,墙板底部设计位置预先埋有单排波纹管;横梁预埋单排竖向插筋抗剪键;墙板钢筋与位于墙板下方的横梁钢筋通过边缘构件钢筋搭接形成可靠整体;墙板钢筋与位于墙板上方的现浇楼板层钢筋通过现浇横梁钢筋搭接为一个整体。本发明墙板与梁连接形式、墙板与楼板连接形式,避免了墙体受剪时出现上部墙体整体滑动的破坏现象。首层预制墙板钢筋与现浇层楼板钢筋焊接,达到了与现浇墙体受力性能相接近的效果。
