The assembly type building support seat comprises a base; a sliding sleeve plate is slidably arranged at the top of the base; the top of thesliding sleeve plate is fixedly provided with a lifting plate through a bolt; a partition plate is fixedly arranged at the top of the lifting plate through a bolt; due to the arrangement of a drivingbevel gear and a lead screw, the emergency adaptation function is provided, the lifting plate can be dragged up by using the principle of a sliding block mechanism, the bottom of a building is separated from the ground, so that the damage of resources caused by water soaking of the house is avoided, and meanwhile, the arrangement of a guide rod and a guide sleeve can assist in ensuring the stability of the house in the lifting process, reducing the shaking degree and increasing the transverse stability of the building.
