The invention discloses a roof building structure used on a building and capable of performing energy absorption and utilization. The roof building structure comprises a roof frame structure; the roofframe structure is in a slope roof structural design; a solar photovoltaic panel is arranged on the slope surface of the front side of the roof frame structure in a covering mode; adjusting frame bodies are disposed on the two sides of the solar photovoltaic panel; driving motors are fixed to walls on the two sides of the bottom end of the front side of the roof frame structure through bolts; anda small fan blade structure is disposed on the slope surface of the rear side of the roof frame structure in a covering mode. The adjusting frame bodies are rotationally installed on the two sides ofthe solar photovoltaic panel which is arranged on the roof building structure used on the building and capable of performing energy absorption and utilization, the adjusting frame bodies are in a crank sliding mechanism design, the solar photovoltaic panel is rotationally installed on the inner wall of a battery panel fixing seat through the adjusting frame bodies, adjustment of the elevation angle of the solar photovoltaic panel is achieved advantageously through the adjusting frame bodies, thus the solar photovoltaic panel can adapt to change of the sunshine angle in four seasons, and the utilization efficiency of the sunshine is effectively improved.
