The invention discloses a building structure used for roof greening of a building, relates to the technical field of greening of building structures, and solves the problem of excessive soil loss caused by the fact that most of main body structures of existing building structures are arranged in a shape of an inclined triangular support in order to guarantee better illumination of grass planting and soil can be taken away by inclined rainwater discharge by the inclined triangular support during heavy rain. The building structure used for roof greening of the building comprises a main body bracket and water spray pipes, the main body bracket comprises a top bracing mounting plate, a limit switch and a positioning shaft sleeve, the top bracing mounting plate is welded transversely in the middle of the upper part of the top end of the main body bracket, and two rectangular planting grooves are rotationally connected with the left and right sides of the top bracing mounting plate. Under rotary driving of a driving rotating wheel, two racks can drive four driven gears at the tail ends of four water spray pipes in a meshed manner to rotate back and forth synchronously, and therefore, reciprocating swing irrigation of the four water spray pipes is realized.
