The invention discloses a dual-control building coating spraying device. The dual-control building coating spraying device comprises a trolley frame, a storage box and a spray gun; the top of the trolley frame is fixedly provided with a push rod; the bottom of the trolley frame is provided with a plurality of turning plates provided with moving wheels; the storage box is fixed to the top surface of the trolley frame; the spray gun is connected with the storage box through an output pipeline; the output pipeline comprises a connecting pipe and an extending pipe; the connecting pipe is a rubberpipe; the extending pipe is a corrugated pipe; a control gun is arranged between the connecting pipe and the extending pipe; the control gun and the spray gun each comprises a trigger; the connectingpipe is abutted with the storage box; in a spraying process, when one of the trigger is independently pressed, the spray gun cannot spray a coating; only when the two triggers are both pressed, the coating can be sprayed so that coating leakage caused by misoperation can be prevented; meanwhile the spraying quality is guaranteed; moreover a lifting base can be used for driving lifting; and a control gun is handheld to implement spray operation, so the dual-control building coating spraying device can adapt to coating spray operation at layers and surfaces different in height and is quite convenient.
