The invention relates to a coating spraying device for building waterproof engineering. The coating spraying device comprises a material box used for containing coating, at least one stirring unit used for stirring the coating in the material box, and air compression units used for compressing air, wherein the number of the air compression units is consistent with that of the stirring units. The motor driving assembly can simultaneously drive the stirring unit and the air compression unit to work through a transmission structure; an exhaust structure used for exhausting air in the coating pipeline and a pressure adjusting structure used for adjusting the pressure of coating in the coating pipeline are sequentially arranged between the end, close to the material box, outside the coating pipeline and the end, close to the coating connector, outside the coating pipeline. A trigger type valve which can be closed or opened along with air suction or air exhaust of the air compression unit is arranged at a compressed air outlet of the air compression unit. The spraying device is high in spraying uniformity.
