The invention discloses a tile pasting method of a wall tile pasting machine. Firstly, ceramic tiles are stacked on a stepping feeding mechanism 2; then, a shear fork lifting mechanism 1 adjusts the pasting height; then, the stepping feeding mechanism 2 switches the ceramic tiles from a stacking state to a single-piece state, and transfers the ceramic tiles in the single-piece state out of the stacking position; then, the ceramic tiles in the single-piece state are conveyed to the position below a mortar coating mechanism 4; then, a mortar supply mechanism 3 pumps mortar to the mortar coatingmechanism 4; meanwhile, the mortar coating mechanism 4 uniformly coats the bonding surfaces of the ceramic tiles with mortar; after the coating is finished, the ceramic tiles are continuously driven by the stepping feeding mechanism 2 to move to the position above a tile pasting mechanism 5; and the other ends of two sets of five-connecting-rod assemblies are fixed on a ceramic tile absorbing module. The tile pasting method can realize mechanical operation, replaces manual operation, greatly improves the working efficiency, and reduces the labor intensity.
