The invention discloses a tile pasting module and a full-automatic wall tile pasting robot thereof. The full-automatic wall tile pasting robot comprises a plastering module used for outputting wall tiles one by one and smearing mortar on the back surfaces of the wall tiles, a tile pasting module used for taking out the wall tiles from the plastering module, conveying the wall tiles to a position needing tile pasting, rotating the wall tiles and pasting the wall tiles on the wall surface, a paving module used for detecting whether the wall tiles are paved on the wall surface or not, and if thewall tile is not paved, knocking the warped part through a knocking block, so that the wall tiles are paved on the wall surface, and a lifting mechanism used for driving the tile pasting module and the paving module to lift.
