The invention provides a height-adjustable operation platform device at the bottom of a rectangular beam. The height-adjustable operation platform device comprises a beam riding mechanism and a hanging basket mechanism. The beam riding mechanism comprises a fixed part striding across and riding on the rectangular beam. At least two supporting parts for supporting the hanging basket mechanism are arranged on one side of the fixed part. The hanging basket mechanism comprises a hanging basket part for providing an operation surface. At least two supporting connecting parts for supporting the hanging basket part are arranged on one side of the top of the hanging basket part in cooperation with the supporting part. The height-adjustable operation platform device can be used for reinforcing under-beam latticed columns, breaking down pile heads and binding reinforcing steel bars on side walls of a basement, and can also be used for cleaning a beam bottom cushion layer.
