Reinforced concrete tamped floor support and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a reinforced concrete tamped floor support and a construction method thereof. The reinforced concrete tamped floor support comprises supporting frames, short wood ridges, longwood beams and a profiled steel sheet, wherein the supporting frames are arranged in left bracket-shaped grooves of every two adjacent I-shaped steel of a steel structure building main body, horizontal section steel is attached to the upper edge, vertical section steel is located on the lower edge, and the short wood ridges are arranged between the horizontal section steel and the vertical section steel; the profiled steel sheet is arranged on the I-shaped steel of the steel structure building main body; and the long wood beams are uniformly arranged between every two adjacent I-shaped steel,the upper portions of the long wood beams are attached to the profiled steel sheet, and the lower portion of the long wood beams are attached to the horizontal steel of the supporting frame. The reinforced concrete tamped floor support has the beneficial effects that the existing I-shaped steel of the steel structure building main body is used for supporting, the support does not need to be erected on the next floor, the structure is simple, the material consumption is less, the cost is low, the assembly and disassembly are convenient, damage to the steel structure building is not caused, thebearing capacity is large, infinite turnover can be realized, the floor space is not occupied, and the work progress is improved.
本发明涉及一种钢筋混凝土捣制楼板支撑及施工方法,包括支撑架、短木楞、长木方和压型钢板,所述支撑架设置在钢结构建筑主体的相邻两工字钢的“[”型槽里,水平型钢与上沿贴合,垂直型钢坐落在下沿上,之间垫着短木楞;所述压型钢板设置在钢结构建筑主体的工字钢上;所述长木方为若干根均匀设置在相邻两工字钢之间,上部与压型钢板贴合、下部与支撑架水平型钢贴合。其有益效果是:支撑利用钢结构建筑主体现有的工字钢,不需要从下一层楼板上搭设,结构简单,用料少,成本低廉,安装拆卸方便,不对钢结构建筑本身造成损坏,承载力大,可无限次周转,不占用楼层空间,提高工作进度。
