The invention discloses a peeling roller and a wall skin peeling device comprising same. The peeling roller comprises a roller body, wherein teeth are uniformly distributed on the outer roller surfaceof the roller body; an air inlet hole distributed in the axis direction and a plurality of air outlet holes distributed in the diameter direction are formed in the roller body; the inlet end of the air inlet hole is arranged on the end face of one side of the roller body; and the wall skin peeling device comprises the peeling roller. According to the peeling roller, the air inlet hole and the airoutlet holes are formed in the roller body, so that compressed airflow can be conducted when the peeling roller is used for removing or peeling a wall skin, dust or impurities on the wall surface areblown and swept, subsequent treatment is facilitated, and the working efficiency is improved; according to the wall skin peeling device, an air supply mechanism composed of a rotating disc, air cylinders and other assemblies is arranged, so that peeling and blowing and sweeping can be synchronously carried out, and operation and control are easy; and meanwhile, the two air cylinders are arranged,so that continuous supply of airflow can be guaranteed, and the blowing and sweeping effect is guaranteed.
