COATING PEELING METHOD AND COATING PEELING DEVICE
To prevent the generation and scattering of dust of a harmful substance-containing coating material on the surface of a steel material when the coating is peeled off.SOLUTION: A coating material peeling method of the present invention is the method for spraying steam to a harmful substance-containing coating material under a coating film on the surface of a steel material to wet the coating material, and rubbing the wet harmful substance-containing coating material with a peeling tool to peel it. The coating film is heated to soften the coating film, and the coating film is peeled off, and the steam is sprayed to the harmful substance-containing coating material on the surface of the steel material during or after peeling, so that the harmful substance-containing coating material can be wet. The coating peeling device of the present invention is provided with a steam jet machine capable of wetting the harmful substance-containing coating material by spraying the steam to the harmful substance-containing coating material, and a peeling tool capable of rubbing and peeling the wet harmful substance-containing coating material. The peeling tool is installed in the nozzle of the steam sprayer, and the steam sprayed from the nozzle is arranged at the position where the tip of the peeling tool or the leading part thereof hits the harmful substance-containing coating material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
