Method for rapidly treating large-area seriously-carbonized concrete surface
The invention relates to a method for rapidly treating a large-area seriously-carbonized concrete surface. The method comprises the steps of base surface treatment, wherein hanging blocks, floating dust, laitance and oil stains on the surface of a concrete carbonized base layer are manually removed, loose and hollow parts are chiseled away, and the uneven positions of the surface of the concrete carbonized base layer are ground to be flat through an angle grinder; rough treatment, wherein a rough surface is formed on the surface of the concrete carbonized base layer; leveling layer construction, wherein polymer cement-based mortar is stirred and brushed to form a leveling layer; anti-carbonization coating layer construction, wherein anti-carbonization coating is stirred and brushed to forman anti-carbonization coating layer; and maintenance treatment, wherein waterproof canvas is laid for shielding after the anti-carbonization coating layer is formed, if contact with flowing water isneeded, the anti-carbonization coating layer needs to be naturally dried and maintained for 7 days or above, and ventilation equipment is mounted on a construction site. The method has the effects that the anti-carbonization coating layer is not prone to falling off, the anti-carbonization effect is good, construction is rapid, and the construction period is shortened.
