Carbonized concrete and preparation method thereof
The carbonized concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 280 to 600 parts of a cementing material, 700 to 950 parts of fine aggregate, 800 to 1200 parts of coarse aggregate, 130 to 200 parts of water and 2 to 12 parts of an additive, wherein the cementing material comprises a hydrated active component A, a high-carbonization active component B and a long-acting hydrated component C; the hydrated active component A is more than one of C3S and C3A, the high-carbonized active component B is more than one of C3S2, CS and gamma-C2S, and the long-acting hydrated component C is beta-C2S. According to the invention, mineral component design is carried out on the cementing material and a partial pre-carbonization process is combined, so that the depth limitation of carbonization reaction can be broken through, the carbon sequestration capability, mechanical property and the like of the concrete are remarkably improved, and long-term stable development of product strength is realized; and the related preparation method is relatively simple and relatively low in cost, and has remarkable economic and environmental benefits.
本发明公开了一种碳化混凝土,各组分及其所占重量份数包括:胶凝材料280‑600份,细骨料700‑950份,粗骨料800‑1200份,水130‑200份,外加剂2‑12份;其中,胶凝材料包括水化活性组分A、高碳化活性组分B和长效水化组分C;水化活性组分A为C3S、C3A、中的一种以上,高碳化活性组分B为C3S2、CS、γ‑C2S中的一种以上,长效水化组分C为β‑C2S。本发明通过对胶凝材料进行矿物组分设计并结合部分预碳化工艺,可突破碳化反应深度限制,显著提高混凝土固碳能力和力学性能等,实现制品强度的长期稳定发展;且涉及的制备方法较简单、成本较低,具有显著的经济和环境效益。
