The invention belongs to the technical field of bicycle parking, and particularly discloses a bicycle double-layer parking device. The bicycle double-layer parking device comprises multiple bicycle double-layer parking modules. Each bicycle double-layer parking module comprises a modular parking frame, a lower layer parking unit and an upper layer parking unit. Each lower layer parking unit and the corresponding upper layer parking unit are arranged on the two sides of a vertical rod of the corresponding modular parking frame. Each modular parking frame comprises first sliding rails, a first force storage lifting mechanism and a first front wheel clamping mechanism. Each upper layer parking unit comprises a turnover frame, a second sliding rail, a second front wheel clamping mechanism, a rear wheel clamping mechanism, a second force storage lifting mechanism and an energy storage turnover assistance mechanism. By the adoption of the bicycle double-layer parking device, simultaneous parking of bicycles on the upper layer and the lower layer can be achieved, parking spaces do not interfere with each other, the bicycles are parked in a staggered mode, and the spaces of the upper layerand the lower layer are made full use of. The spatial arrangement is reasonably utilized by the modular parking frames, modular assembly can be achieved, and therefore the bicycles are parked in a staggered and orderly mode.
