The invention discloses gauze with a self-cleaning function. The gauze with the self-cleaning function comprises side window frames, a lower window frame, an upper window frame and a gauze body; chutes are formed in the opposite sides of the two side window frames; the upper ends and the lower ends of the two side window frames are respectively fixedly connected with the upper window frame and thelower window frame; one end of the bottom surface of the lower window frame is welded with a mounting plate; according to the gauze with the self-cleaning function, two rotating wheels are driven torotate through forward rotation of a double-head motor so as to drive the gauze body to extend; therefore, dust on the gauze body can be shaken off by discontinuously knocking the gauze body; light energy is converted into electric energy through a solar panel, so that a storage battery is recharged, thereby realizing the functions of saving energy and protecting environment; for production equipment, a layer of dry oil surface wraps the surface of a general gauze body, after the gauze body is produced by a yarn setting machine and passes through an oil storage groove to be in contact with anoil liquid, an air heater is started, and drying treatment is performed on the gauze body which is dipped with the oil liquid by the hot air blown from the air heater, so that the gauze body is ensured to be directly wound on a winding roller more conveniently.
