The invention relates to the field of hoisting equipment, and discloses an anti-off mechanism for a tower crane suspension shoe, and a tower crane. The anti-off mechanism comprises the suspension shoeand a pedal, wherein the suspension shoe is hung on the pedal. The anti-off mechanism further comprises a connecting rod and a limiting piece connected to one end of the connecting rod, wherein the connecting rod is rotatably connected to the suspension shoe; and the limiting piece is arranged to be capable of being transformed between a clamping position clamped to the bottom end of the pedal soas to prevent the suspension shoe from being separating from the pedal and a separating position separated from the bottom end of the pedal so as to allow the suspension shoe to be separated from thepedal through the rotation of the connecting rod. According to the anti-off mechanism provided by the invention, through the technical scheme, on one hand, a hole has no need to be opened in the pedal, so that the complexity and the processing cost of a pedal processing technology can be reduced, and the stress condition of the pedal is improved; and on the other hand, during operation, the suspension shoe can be locked and released through rotating the connecting rod, the convenience in operation is realized, and the limiting piece can be further easily rotated to the separating position when the limiting piece is at the stress state, so that time and effort are saved.
