The invention discloses decorative particles for inlaying the surface layer of a ceramic polished tile. The decorative particles are warm-toned and/or silvery-white particles, and the surface of eachdecorative particle is coated with a coating layer. In addition, the invention further discloses a preparation method of the decorative particles for inlaying the surface layer of the ceramic polishedtile and the ceramic polished tile. According to the invention, the warm-toned and/or silvery-white particles are adopted, and the surfaces of the polished particles have metallic luster, so that thesurface decoration effect and grade of the ceramic tile are effectively improved, the decorative particles can be easily matched with the ceramic tile in color, and the decoration application range of the ceramic tile is greatly expanded; meanwhile, the strength and the thermal stability of the ceramic tile can be guaranteed through the coating layers coated on the surfaces of the particles, so that the quality and the performance of the ceramic tile are effectively improved. The preparation process is simple, the application range is wide, the competitiveness of ceramic tile products can beeffectively improved, and a great promotion effect is achieved on development of the ceramic polished tile industry.
