The invention discloses a polished ceramic tile with anti-mite and mite killing functions. The polished ceramic tile consists of a polished ceramic tile body and an anti-mite and mite killing slow-release layer, wherein the surface of the polished ceramic tile body is subjected to acid etching treatment; the anti-mite and mite killing slow-release layer is formed by covering the polished ceramic tile body with an anti-mite and mite killing agent in a waxing manner; the anti-mite and mite killing agent is prepared from the following raw material components in percentage by weight: 5-15% of an anti-mite and mite killing effective substance, 3-10% of a porous slow-release material, 2-5% of an emulsifier, 0.2-0.5% of a preservative and the balance of water. According to the invention, on the premise that no extra film-forming agent or binder is needed, the anti-mite and mite killing agent can be stably attached to the surface of the polished ceramic tile body so that the polished ceramic tile can obtain excellent anti-mite and mite killing effects. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the polished ceramic tile, the operation steps are simple, the controllability is high, and large-scale industrial production is facilitated.
