The superfinesilica sand tailing powder autoclaved aerated concrete comprises superfine silica sand tailing powder with 180-mesh screen residue of less than 3%. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out wet grinding on ultrafine silica sand tailing powder, river sand and aerated concrete crushed waste to prepare slurry, adding quick lime, cement and desulfurized gypsum into the slurry,and carrying out burdening and pouring. The superfine silica sand tailing powder autoclaved aerated concrete prepared by the preparation method is sufficient in chemical reaction, surface powder is not likely to be generated, the strength is good, and the product is not likely to crack.
