The invention discloses a C105 non-autoclaved pipe pile for cold regions. The C105 non-autoclaved pipe pile is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 400 to 450 parts of cement, 120to 140 parts of water, 80 to 100 parts of mineral powder, 30 to 70 parts of silica fume, 30 to 70 parts of microbead fly ash, 600 to 700 parts of medium sand, 1700 to 800 parts of gravels, 2450 to 550parts of gravels and 10 to 15 parts of an additive. The invention further provides a preparation method of the C105 non-autoclaved pipe pile for cold regions, which comprises the following steps: putting a skeleton cage into a mold, feeding a concrete slurry, and sequentially tensioning, forming and curing to obtain the C105 non-autoclaved pipe pile. The strength and durability of the C105 non-autoclaved pipe pile are improved by utilizing the internal reaction of a cementing material and the filling effect after an aggregate and the cementing material are mixed, so that the strength and thedurability of the C105 non-autoclaved pipe pile are increased, no autoclaved curing is needed, and the C105 non-autoclaved pipe pile is suitable for cold regions; the preparation method is simple andeasy to implement.
