The formula of the non-autoclaved pipe pile comprises 33-35% of fine aggregate, 32-36% of coarse aggregate, 0.7-1.0% of an additive, 5-12% of microbead powder and water. The content of concrete in each cubic meter of the non-autoclaved pipe pile is 410-440kg, and the content of cement is 70-90%. The formula of thenon-autoclaved pipe pile concretely comprises 34% of the fine aggregate, 35% of the coarse aggregate, 0.9% of the admixture and 8% of the microbead powder, 420 kg of the concrete and 80% of cement ineach cubic meter of non-autoclaved pipe pile, the fine aggregate is clean natural hard medium-coarse sands or artificial sands, the coarse aggregate adopts gravels or broken pebbles, and the admixture is a high-efficiency naphthalene water reducer. The microbead powder is used for realizing the non-autoclaved process, so that the objective problems of material shortage, high cost and the like aresolved, a series of defects of the traditional non-autoclaved process are overcome, and correspondingly, resources are saved for the country.
