Magnesium cement phase change building material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a magnesium cement phase change building material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps that a porous supporting material is pretreated to obtain a modified porous supporting material; a hydrated salt phase change material is adsorbed into the modified porous supporting material to obtain a composite phase change energy storage material; the composite phase change energy storage material is microscopically coated with a coating material to obtain a shaped phase change energy storage material; magnesium salt, active magnesium oxideand the shaped phase change energy storage material are mixed in a liquid medium to obtain magnesium cement slurry; and the magnesium cement slurry is put into a mold and is cured, and the magnesium cement phase change building material is obtained after demolding. According to the invention, hydrated salt is used as a phase change energy storage matrix material; the shaped phase change energy storage material is prepared by double means: porous adsorption and surface coating, and then the material is added into magnesium cement slurry, so that hydration heat and hydration reaction temperaturein the hydration process of the magnesium cement slurry are effectively reduced, and meanwhile, the magnesium cement phase change material which does not leak the phase change material and conforms to building specifications is obtained.
本发明公开了一种镁水泥相变建筑材料及其制备方法,该制备方法包括:将多孔支撑材料进行预处理,得到改性多孔支撑材料;将水合盐相变材料吸附至改性多孔支撑材料中,得到复合相变储能材料;采用包覆材料将所述复合相变储能材料微观包覆,得到定型相变储能材料;将镁盐、活性氧化镁和定型相变储能材料在液态介质中混合,得到镁水泥浆料;将镁水泥浆料放入模具中进行养护,脱模后得到镁水泥相变建筑材料。本发明以水合盐为相变储能基体材料,通过多孔吸附和表面包覆双重手段制备定型相变储能材料,然后将该材料加入镁水泥浆料中,有效降低镁水泥浆料水化过程的水化热及水化反应温度,同时获得不会发生相变材料泄漏、符合建筑规范的镁水泥相变材料。
