Phase change cement composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a phase change cement composite material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of cement composite material preparation. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a cement communication network, filling a phase change material, dissolving acrylic resin and sodium carbonate in a mixed solvent of methyl ethyl ketone and acetone according to a mass ratio of 1: (0.05-0.5), sealing, heating and stirring until acrylic acid is completely dissolved; stirring and mixing the obtained gel solution with commercially available cement, fine river sand, paraffin and quick lime in parts by mass, adding water accounting for 10-50% of the total mass, and standing; and finally, heating the material in a blast oven to obtain the phase change cement composite material. When the cement is prepared, the infiltration problem and the hole communication problem of the phase-change material do not need to be considered, the preparation process is simple, only stirring and heat treatment are needed, and industrial preparation is facilitated.
本发明公开的一种相变水泥复合材料及其制备方法,涉及水泥复合材料制备领域。该方法通过构建水泥连通网络后填充相变材料,首先将丙烯酸树脂和碳酸钠按照质量比为1:0.05~0.5溶解在甲基乙基酮和丙酮的混合溶剂中,密封加热搅拌至完全丙烯酸溶解;然后得到的凝胶溶液与市售水泥、细河砂、石蜡及生石灰按质量份数搅拌混合,然后加入总质量10~50%的水,然后静置;最后将上述材料置于鼓风烘箱中加热,得到相变水泥复合材料。本发明的水泥在制备时无需考虑相变材料的浸润问题及孔连通问题,制备过程简单,仅需要搅拌和热处理,有利于工业化制备。
