The invention discloses a flood prevention device which is formed by splicing and combining a plurality of independent flood prevention units. Each flood prevention unit comprises a bottom plate, a support frame, a steel plate, an energy absorption sponge, buffer baffles and buffer stop strips, wherein the energy absorption sponge is paved on the steel plate, the buffer baffles are arranged on theinclined face, opposite to the bottom plate, of the steel plate at an interval, and the buffer stop strips are arranged on the horizontal plane opposite to the bottom plate; and the baffle stop strips are flexible, and each buffer stop strip comprises two carbon fiber meshes, two sponge strips and a plurality of sponge particles. The flood prevention device can effectively reduce the impact forceof water flow; the energy absorption sponges can further reduce the impact force, and especially after a previous flood peak wets the energy absorption sponges and when flood peak water flow coming again meets with the wetted energy absorption sponges, the impact force can be obviously reduced; besides, the weight of the energy absorption sponges is greatly increased, the water resistance of theflood prevention device is higher, and the bottom plates are not easy to move when the downward pressure borne by the bottom plates is increased; and during installation, the weight of the energy absorption sponges is low when water is not absorbed, and the flood prevention device is convenient to carry.
本发明公开了防汛装置,由多个独立的防汛单元拼接组合而成;防汛单元包括底板、支撑架、钢板、吸能海绵、缓冲挡板和缓冲挡条;钢板上铺设有吸能海绵;钢板背对底板的倾斜面间距设有缓冲挡板;背对底板的水平面上设有多个缓冲挡条;缓冲挡条呈柔性,其包括两张碳纤维网、两根海绵条和多块海绵粒。本发明可以有效降低水流冲击力;吸能海绵可进一步降低冲击力,尤其是当前一次洪峰打湿吸能海绵后,再次到来的洪峰水流遇到有水的吸能海绵后,冲击力会明显降低;而且吸能海绵吸收水分后重量大大增加,防汛装置抗水的压力更强,底板受到的下压力增大后底板不易位移,而安装时由于吸能海绵未吸收水分质量较轻,也便于搬运。
