The invention relates to a pre-stressed concrete pipe pile. The pre-stressed concrete pipe pile is composed of a pile body. Convex rib grains or convex movable expanding fins are arranged on the outercircumferential wall of the pile body. The rib grains are rectangular strip-shaped bodies which are spirally distributed in a spaced mode. The ribs are equal-height ribs which are arranged in a spaced mode. The rib grains are crescent ribs which are obliquely arranged in a spaced mode, and the crescent ribs are mutually independent. Pre-stressed steel formworks are arranged in the pile body in aspaced mode, and the pile body is cylindrical or square. The friction coefficient between the pre-stressed concrete pipe pile and a foundation soil layer can be greatly increased; and the pre-stressedconcrete pipe pile has the advantages of being simple in structure, high in bearing capacity, free of settlement, capable of saving labor and time, and capable of guaranteeing a long service life ofbuildings.
