The invention discloses a pre-stressed pipe pile for a building. The pre-stressed pipe pile comprises first supporting columns, a connecting plate, a ring-shaped groove, a pile hoop, pre-stressed reinforcement, a spiral stirrup, a pile body, first fixed blocks, a second supporting column, a connecting joint, a ring-shaped block, a slide slot, a sealing ring, a second fixed block, a bottom plate, arib plate, a tapered barrel, a groove, a spring rod and a cylindrical hole, wherein the top of the pile body is fixedly provided with the connecting plate by welding; the first supporting columns areuniformly mounted on the top of the connecting plate; the ring-shaped groove is formed in the inner wall of the top of the pile body; one side of the ring-shaped groove is provided with the connecting joint; the first fixed blocks are correspondingly mounted on inner walls of the two sides of the connecting joint; the second supporting column is connected between the two first fixed blocks; the pre-stressed reinforcement and the spiral stirrup are separately embedded into the inner wall of the pile body; and the pile hoop sleeves outside the pile body. The pre-stressed pipe pile has the characteristics of being high in practicability and good in connecting performance.
