Device for controlling perpendicularity of prestressed concrete pipe pile
The invention discloses a device for controlling the perpendicularity of a prestressed concrete pipe pile. The device mainly comprises a clamp, a plumb and a dial, wherein the clamp is composed of anupper clamp and a lower clamp, the upper clamp is connected to a vertical rod through an upper cross rod, and the lower clamp is also connected to the vertical rod through a lower cross rod; and a plumb line is fixed on the upper clamp through a lifting hook, the plumb is connected to the lower part of the plumb line, a plumb point of the plumb makes contact with the dial, and the dial is fixed onthe lower cross rod. The device for controlling the perpendicularity of the prestressed concrete pipe pile has the following advantages that when the first section of the pile is pressed downwards, the perpendicularity is 0.3% (smaller than 0.5% as required by the standard), and in the construction process, the maximum perpendicularity deviation of a pile body is 0.5% (smaller than 1% as requiredby the standard); and the device for measuring the perpendicularity of the pile body is simple in structure and convenient to operate, the perpendicularity of the pile body of the prestressed concrete pipe pile is controlled in real time, the pile forming quality is improved, and the piling progress is accelerated.
