The invention discloses a fabricated connecting joint between a polygonal steel tube and steel members. The fabricated connecting joint between the polygonal steel tube and the steel members comprisesthe regular polygonal steel tube and the multiple steel members connected with the regular polygonal steel tube, reinforcing ribs are arranged in the regular polygonal steel tube, closing plates arecorrespondingly welded to two ends of the regular polygonal steel tube, one end of each steel member is connected with a plane side wall of the regular polygonal steel tube through a connecting plate,the connecting plates are connected with the regular polygonal steel tube through fixed bolts, and the steel members are connected with the connecting plates by adopting equal strength perimeter welding lines. The site construction welding working quantity is small, the polygonal steel tube and the steel members can be prefabricated in a factory in advance, and a general trend of a national development fabricated structure is conformed; and the problems of difficult installation, tedious operation and the like of site construction can be solved. Non-planar intersection can be achieved, and bending moments can be transmitted better. The purposes of improving the production efficiency, accelerating the construction speed and developing domestic fabricated joints are achieved.
本发明公开了一种多边形钢管与钢构件装配式连接节点,该节点包括一个正多边形钢管和多个与其相连的钢构件,在所述正多边形钢管内设有加劲肋,在所述正多边形钢管的两端各焊接有一块封闭板,每个所述钢构件的一端通过一块连接板与所述正多边形钢管的一个平面侧壁连接,所述连接板与所述正多边形钢管采用固定螺栓连接,所述钢构件与所述连接板采用等强围焊缝连接。本发明现场施工焊接工作量小,多边形钢管及钢构件均可以提前在工厂预制,符合国家发展装配式结构的大趋势;可以解决现场施工安装困难、操作繁琐等问题。可实现非平面交汇,能够较好地传递弯矩。达到提高生产效率、加快施工速度、发展国内装配式节点的目的。
