The invention provides a composite wall self-insulation baking-free brick for a building, and relates to the technical field of building materials. The self-insulation baking-free brick comprises a blind hole brick which is provided with odd number of rows of circular blind holes from front to back, a strip-shaped blind hole is formed between every two adjacent rows of circular blind holes, and aninsulation board is inserted into the strip-shaped blind hole. The blind hole brick is prepared through the following method comprising the steps that 26-35 parts of volcanic ash, 22-30 parts of slagpowder, 10-18 parts of shale powder and 13-19 parts of cement are uniformly mixed, 7-11.5 parts of water is added, after uniform stirring, 0.5-1 part of a NaOH solution and 0.3-0.5 part of water glass are added, after uniform stirring, 14-22 parts of river sand and 0.1-0.2 part of a sodium aluminate solution are added, and after uniform stirring, the blind hole brick is prepared through a punch forming technology; and curing is conducted at the temperature of 22-30 DEG C. The self-insulation baking-free brick obtained through the invention can achieve the effects of high strength, low thermalconductivity, good soundproof effect and lightweight, meanwhile, the preparation technology is simple, and energy consumption is low.
本发明提供了一种建筑用复合型墙体自保温免烧砖,涉及建筑材料技术领域,所述自保温免烧砖包括盲孔砖,所述盲孔砖上从前至后设有奇数排圆形盲孔,相邻两排圆形盲孔之间设有条形盲孔,所述条形盲孔内插入有保温板;所述盲孔砖由以下方法制备得到:将26‑35份火山灰、22‑30份炉渣粉、10‑18份页岩粉和13‑19份水泥混合均匀,加入水7‑11.5份,搅拌均匀后加入0.5‑1份NaOH溶液以及0.3‑0.5份水玻璃,搅拌均匀后进加入14‑22份河沙和0.1‑0.2份铝酸钠溶液,搅拌均匀后采用冲压成型工艺制备盲孔砖;22‑30℃下养护。本发明制备得到的自保温免烧砖可实现强度高、导热系数低、隔音效果好、质轻的效果,同时制备工艺简单,能耗少。
