The invention discloses a construction method for installation and positioning of a decorative curtain wall of a building wall, and relates to the technical field of building construction. The construction method comprises the following steps of S1, installation of wire drawing bases, wherein the wire drawing bases of a construction device are fixed to the top end of the building wall in paralleland at equal intervals; and S2, installation of elastic wire fixing bases, wherein the elastic wire fixing bases corresponding to the wire drawing bases in Step S1 are pulled downwards from the top end of the building wall, elastic wires are pulled out of wire outlet cylinders of the wire drawing bases, and the elastic wire fixing bases are mounted at the bottom end of the building wall in parallel and at equal intervals. According to the construction method, round through holes are formed in the middles of the elastic wire fixing bases and are located in a sliding rod so that the elastic wirefixing bases can slide on the sliding rod in the axial direction of the sliding rod; and through the wire drawing bases which are fixed to the top end of the building wall at equal intervals, the multiple elastic wires can draw lines on the building wall obliquely or in a cross mode so that the construction device for installation and positioning of the decorative curtain wall of the building wall can meet the construction requirement for positioning at different positions.
