The transversely unfolded electric power overhauling ladder structurally comprises anti-sliding patches, a hinge sheet, a top plate, a transversely unfolded device, a front single frame and a rear single frame. Two groups of anti-sliding patches are arranged, and two anti-sliding patches form a group. The anti-sliding patches are fixedly mounted at the bottom end of the front single frame, and the top end of the rear single frame is welded to the top plate at the rear end. The transversely unfolded device is mounted on the rear side of the front single frame in an embedded manner.
