The invention discloses a corrosion inhibition and coagulation inhibition synergistic cement water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof. A purpose of the invention is to solve the problemsof poor adaptability, non-uniform dispersion, short coagulation time, corrosion to reinforcing steel bars and the like in the existing polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent. The water reducing agent of the invention is prepared by compounding an ether type polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, 1-hydroxyethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid, a polycarboxylic acid dispersing agent, sodium gluconate, sodium hydroxide and water, and can fully utilize the synergistic advantage of a water treatment agent, so that the bleeding rate can be effectively reduced while the cement fluidity is improved and the dosage of the polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent is reduced, and the function of the water quality stabilizer can be fully played so as to increase the adaptability of cement to water quality and reduce corrosion of water quality to building steels and production materials.
本发明公开了一种缓蚀缓凝协效型水泥减水剂及其制备方法,旨在解决现有的聚羧酸减水剂存在的“适应性差,分散不均匀、凝聚时间短、对钢筋的腐蚀性”等问题。该减水剂是由醚型聚羧酸减水剂、羟基乙叉二膦酸、聚羧酸分散剂、葡萄糖酸钠、氢氧化钠和水复配而成。该减水剂可以充分利用水处理剂的协效性优点,一方面,在增加水泥流动性,降低聚羧酸减水剂的用量的同时,又可以有效降低泌水率;另一方面,可以充分发挥水质稳定剂的作用,增加水泥对水质的适应能力,降低水质对建筑钢材以及生产材质的腐蚀。
