The invention discloses odorless anti-formaldehyde jade powder waterproof slurry and a preparation method thereof. The slurry is composed of a liquid material and a powder material according to a weight ratio of 1:(3.5-4), wherein the liquid material is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 20 to 30 parts of an odorless low-ammonia rigid styrene-acrylic emulsion, 20 to 30 partsof a flexible styrene-acrylic emulsion, 0.1 to 0.2 part of a preservative, 0.2 to 0.3 part of a dispersing agent, 0.1 to 0.2 part of a defoaming agent, 1 to 2 parts of an antibacterial agent and 40 to50 parts of water; the powder material is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 45 to 55 parts of cement, 30 to 45 parts of jade powder, 10 to 15 parts of quartz powder, 0.02 to 0.05 part of cellulose ether, 0.4 to 0.5 part of a water reducing agent and 0.1 to 0.2 part of dispersible rubber powder. The prepared slurry has no obvious ammonia smell, can remove indoor peculiar smell or harmful gas formaldehyde, and also has the characteristics of better weather resistance, waterproofness and the like.
