Method for recycling waste materials generated by rare earth refining
The invention relates to the field of rare earth waste treatment, in particular to a method for recycling waste generated by rare earth refining. The method comprises the following steps: (1) pre-hydration modification treatment; (2) modification treatment of thick-past-like rare earth waste via a sealing and hydrophobic coating agent (oily); (3) mixing and stirring; (4) curing and molding of a product; (5) demoulding; and (6) trimming. According to the method, rare earth waste residues can be comprehensively utilized to realize industrial and large-scale production of multiple types of medium-and-high-end building material products, high-quality qualified products are provided, and the problems that the products are cracked, slotted, deformed and even collapsed, the service life of the products is short, secondary landfill and environmental damage are caused, and the production of the products is stopped are solved.
本发明涉及稀土废料处理领域，尤其涉及一种稀土提炼所产生的废料再利用方法，包含以下步骤：(1)预水化改性处理；(2)将稠糊状稀土废料进行封闭及憎水包覆剂(油性)改性处理；(3)混合搅拌；(4)产品固化成型；(5)脱模；(6)修边。本发明能综合利用稀土废渣实现多类型中高端建材产品的产业化、规模化生产，并提供高质量合格产品，避免产品出现裂纹、开缝、变形、甚至崩塌，产品使用寿命短，造成二次填埋及环境破坏，导致产品停产的问题。
