The invention belongs to the field of ceramic powder preparation, and discloses a recycling method of leftover materials generated by tape casting. Comprising the following steps: (1) collecting leftover materials, and carrying out glue discharging treatment; (2) mixing deionized water and absolute ethyl alcohol to prepare a mixed solution, and mixing the material subjected to glue removal treatment in the step (1) with the mixed solution to obtain slurry; (3) carrying out ball milling treatment on the slurry obtained in the step (2); and (4) filtering, drying and sieving the material subjected to ball milling treatment in the step (3) to obtain target powder. According to the low-temperature glue discharging method, a large amount of additives such as organic binders and plasticizers in the green body are rapidly discharged through the glue discharging furnace, and the ceramic powder can be obtained. The ceramic intermediate product subjected to glue removal is subjected to ball milling to obtain ceramic powder with relatively good dispersity, and the ceramic powder can be subjected to re-batching.
