The invention relates to a phosphogypsum board and a preparation method thereof. The phosphogypsum board comprises a gypsum board body, a first magnet block and a second magnet block are arranged at the left end and the right end of the gypsum board body respectively, and the preparation method of the phosphogypsum board comprises the following steps that S1, weighing manufacturing materials including phosphogypsum, modified starch, a coagulant, glass fibers, a foaming agent and water according to the weight ratio. According to the preparation method, glass fiber is added into raw materials for manufacturing phosphogypsum; the glass fiber has the properties of water resistance and nonflammability; the flame resistance of the phosphogypsum board is enhanced; the safety of the phosphogypsumboard is improved; an activated carbon layer is coated on the outer surface of a snack food body, so that harmful element residuals on the phosphogypsum board are absorbed by the active carbon layer,and are not diffused into the air; and the left end and the right end of the gypsum body are fixedly connected with the first magnet block and the second magnet block, and through cooperation with other magnets on the keel, the phosphogypsum board is convenient to mount and dismount.
