The invention relates to a rail pressing movement adjusting system which comprises a vertical lifting mechanism, a horizontal push-pull mechanism and a rotary driving motor installed on the horizontalpush-pull mechanism. The horizontal push-pull mechanism is installed at a vertical lifting end of the vertical lifting mechanism. A horizontal push-pull end of the horizontal push-pull mechanism is rotatably connected with a horizontal rotating head, and a rotary driving motor drives the horizontal rotating head to horizontally rotate; at least two cam bodies are arranged on the horizontal rotating head and arranged at intervals in the length direction of the horizontal rotating head. In the movement process, the rail pressing function and the rail distance adjusting function are achieved atthe same time, and the operation convenience is high.
