The method comprises the steps that the intelligent pavement flatness detection equipment acquires absolute elevation data of a lower bearing layer of a pavement ultrathin layer; the pavement elevation cloud chart generation system generates a pavement elevationcloud chart according to the obtained absolute elevation data; and the pavement ultrathin layer section division system is used for dividing the lower bearing layer of the road surface ultrathin layer. According to the invention, the flatness of the lower bearing layer of the ultrathin layer can be accurately measured, the visual cloud chart of the elevation data is generated, the cloud chart data is imported into an ultrathin layer section division program, and the section division of the lower bearing layer of the pavement ultrathin layer is achieved, so that a basis is provided for intelligent paving of the ultrathin layer, the flatness of the pavement ultrathin layer is improved, and wide application prospects are achieved.
