The invention provides a glue injection type suspension bridge main cable which can effectively improve the temperature field distribution condition of the suspension bridge main cable and reduce maincable damage caused by unbalanced stress distribution between cable strands in the main cable, so that the service life of the main cable and the suspension bridge is prolonged. According to the scheme, the glue injection type suspension bridge main cable comprises a sheath, cable strands and heat-conducting glue, and the heat-conducting glue fills the sheath and between the cable strands. The cable is characterized in that the heat-conducting glue filling the sheath is tightly bonded with each cable strand so as to isolate redundant air in the sheath. Air is a poor conductor of heat, and seriously hinders heat transfer between cable strand contact surfaces. The heat-conducting glue has excellent heat-conducting property, gaps among the cable strands are filled with the heat-conducting glue, and air is extruded out of contact surfaces among the cable strands, so that the heat conduction quantity can be increased to the maximum extent, and the temperature difference among the cable strands is greatly reduced.
