The fixing device comprises a hollow fixing rod and a solid fixing rod; a rod head is connected to the upper topof the hollow fixing rod, a groove is arranged in the rod head, the solid fixing rod is located in the hollow fixing rod, a stress block is connected to the upper top of the solid fixing rod, a concrete revetment is arranged at the upper top of the slope, and the concrete revetment is fixed to the slope through rivets.When the fixing device is used, firstly the hollow fixing rod penetrates through the fixing hole and is nailed into the side slope, and then the solid fixing rod is inserted into the hollow fixing rod to be nailed in. When the solid fixing rod is nailed in, the protruding blockin the hollow fixing rod is extruded, the protruding block is continuously extruded outwards, the protruding block extends outwards from the empty groove, the grabbing force of the fixing device is increased, it is guaranteed that the fixing frame and the protective net are firmly fixed and falling is avoided.
