The present invention provides a prestress tension anchor plate stand, comprising a prestress anchor plate, a tension steel cylinder, a front surrounding plate, a rear surrounding plate and a side surrounding plate. One sides of the front surrounding plate, the rear surrounding plate and the side surrounding plate are all welded and fixed around the prestress anchor plate, and the front surrounding plate, the rear surrounding plate and the side surrounding plate surround a closed annular shape; the other sides of the front surrounding plate, the rear surrounding plate and the side surroundingplate are leveled to form a working surface; a middle through hole is formed in the prestress anchor plate; one end of the tension steel cylinder is welded and fixed at the edge of the middle throughhole; the other end of the tension steel cylinder is leveled with the working surface; and a dip angle of the central axis of the tension steel cylinder with respect to the working surface is greaterthan 0. The technical solution of the present invention is adopted, and a metal material is adopted to replace common concrete in the prior art, so that the manufacturing process is simplified, the production cost is reduced, the production period is shortened, the application range is widened, and the prestress tension anchor plate stand can be recycled after use to save resources.
